Mr. Lotfalla is responsible for leading the design and construction efforts for all of Related’s activity in New York City, including the Hudson Yards development, and providing strategic advice to the senior executive team across Related’s global development portfolio. Given the scale and scope of the campus at Hudson Yards, Mr. Lotfalla’s oversight responsibilities included overall site logistics, security, coordination of various building construction, managing union relations, and overseeing Related’s trade contracting and construction operating companies. 

Mr. Lotfalla is a registered architect in the State of New York and holds bachelor’s degrees in Architecture and Engineering from Ain Shams University in Cairo, Egypt.
