Fabrication
Our state-of-the-art fabrication facility is being outfitted with the latest technology and equipment, allowing us to efficiently produce a wide range of structural steel components. We adhere to strict quality control standards to ensure that our products meet or exceed industry standards and project specs.
Our fabrication services include cutting, welding, bending, drilling, milling, machining and finishing, and are available for a variety of applications, including buildings, bridges, and industrial facilities. We have the capability to handle projects of any size and complexity, from small components demanding precision to large-scale structures.
Value Engineering
We work with owners, contractors, engineers and architects throughout the schematic and detail stages of the design process, all the way through issuance of construction documents. This helps to optimize the efficiency of the structural design, minimize fabrication and construction cost, and to create a structure that can be more easily erected in the field.
Installation
We work with local, trusted partners to erect our steel. Our team’s in-house expertise and project experience allows us to participate in the development and planning of project logistics, and to monitor execution to ensure an on-schedule delivery.
Steel Design
Cimolai-HY provides structural analysis and design, connection design, detailing and trade/project management for all types of steel structures. From standard project delivery, design-assist and design-build, we work with clients to understand and customize a solution to their specific project needs and preferences.
In particular, Cimolai-HY can assist with the design of bridges and stadiums, and with partner companies can also design, furnish and install automation solutions and components for moving structures such as retractable roofs and lift bridges.
Building Information Modeling
Cimolai-HY places Building Information Modelling (BIM) at the core of our design and production processes. Starting with estimation and through detailing, fabrication, delivery and installation the entire flow of information originates from and is continuously updated through the three-dimensional model, which is then shared with all of the project stakeholders in the spirit of collaboration.
This process allows for real time tracking of progress through each stage of the project and ease of access to the latest data so that all users can achieve their objectives in an efficient and effective way.
